Space Dental is part of a new wave of innovation within cosmetic dentistry, and we’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help us grow, expand partnerships, and take the business to the next level.

The Opportunity
You’ll become part of a fast\-growing premium cosmetic dental brand where ambition, professionalism, and personality matter.
This role combines relationship building, lead generation, onboarding, and business growth within a modern healthcare business that is expanding rapidly.
You’ll work closely with decision makers, key contacts, and prospective partners — helping communicate the Space Dental vision while creating genuine business opportunities.
This is not an “order taker” role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of opening doors, building pipelines, overcoming objections, and making things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating and developing new business opportunities
- Managing a lead pipeline through warm and cold outreach
- Building relationships with key decision makers
- Explaining and onboarding partners professionally and confidently
- Creating and managing organised diaries and follow\-up schedules
- Conducting engaging conversations over the phone.
- Supporting the continued growth and expansion of the business
- Working towards KPIs and business growth targets
- Bringing fresh ideas and energy into the team
- Previous BDM or business development experience
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Confident engaging with key people and decision makers
- Well groomed, professional, and highly motivated
- Strong resilience and ability to handle challenges positively
- Organised and capable of managing multiple opportunities
- Self\-starter mentality with genuine ambition
- Someone who wants to grow with an exciting business journey
