Bathroom Sales & Design Consultant
RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Based in Bolton and serving customers across Greater Manchester and the North West, our showroom offers customers a complete design\-to\-completion experience, combining quality products, expert design and professional installation.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, ambitious and customer\-focused Sales \& Design Consultant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has strong retail sales experience. Previous experience within bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, bedrooms or home interiors is highly desirable.
The Position
We are looking for a confident salesperson who combines excellent customer service with a genuine ability to close sales.
You will work with customers from their initial showroom visit through to design, quotation and order, helping them create their ideal bathroom or interior space.
You will be working within a sales\-driven environment where strong performance is recognised and rewarded through an uncapped commission structure.
The right person will be commercially minded, highly motivated, organised and comfortable working towards individual sales targets.
Duties Will Include
- Retail and trade customer sales
- Welcoming and qualifying showroom customers
- Understanding customers’ requirements, budgets and timescales
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales journey
- Designing bathroom layouts using specialist CAD/design software
- Preparing quotations and presenting designs to customers
- Following up enquiries and quotations to convert opportunities into sales
- Processing customer orders and payments
- Upselling installation services and complementary products
- Maintaining accurate customer and order information
- Developing relationships with trade customers
- Proactively generating new business and following up existing leads
- Helping maintain a professional, organised and presentable showroom
- Working closely with the wider sales, design and installation teams
- A minimum of 2 years’ retail sales experience
- A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence dealing with customers purchasing higher\-value products
- A proactive, positive and commercially focused attitude
- Strong organisational and follow\-up skills
- Good general computer skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A flexible approach to work, including weekends on a rota basis
Experience using CAD or bathroom/kitchen design software is also highly desirable; however, training can be provided to an experienced salesperson with the right attitude and ability.
What Do We Offer?
- £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission
- OTE £45,000–£55,000\+ for strong performers

Sales \& Design Consultant
Basic Salary: £30,000 per yearOTE: £45,000–£55,000\+Uncapped Commission
