Bathroom Sales & Design Consultant

Victory Bathrooms \| Bathgate, West Lothian
£25,000–£30,000 basic salary, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission
Full\-time \| 40 hours per week

Join our Bathgate showroom and help customers create their ideal bathroom—from the first conversation through to design, quotation and agreed order.

We welcome bathroom sales/design experience, kitchen sales/design experience or transferable CAD design skills. Bathroom product training and training on our design software and processes will be provided.

Your responsibilities

• Meet customers and understand their needs, space and budget.


• Create bathroom layouts and guide product choices.


• Prepare quotations and present design options.


• Follow up enquiries and quotations to secure sales.


• Keep customer records and selections accurate.


• Provide clear handovers to the office and installation team.

What we’re looking for

• Relevant sales/design experience or transferable CAD skills.


• Confidence speaking with customers and developing sales opportunities.


• Strong organisation, attention to detail and reliable follow\-up.


• A friendly, professional approach to customer service.

What we offer

• £25,000–£30,000 basic salary, depending on experience.


• Uncapped commission, earned once agreed targets and profit\-margin requirements are met. The percentage and full scheme details will be discussed at interview.

Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota across Monday–Sunday, including some weekends, with other weekends off.
