Team Leader – Lead with Britain’s Oldest Brewer!

Where You’ll Be Working
The Westminster Arms is a traditional London pub located just a stone’s throw away from the Houses of Parliament \- it even features a division bell so MPs can dash back to the House in time for the vote! Opposite the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre and close to Westminster Abbey the Westminster Arms offers our diverse range of customers a warm friendly welcome together with great food and drink.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
- Support the General Manager in day\-to\-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Ensure the bar is well\-stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance.
