Duties
- Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring effective team management and training.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service during busy periods.
- Implement effective inventory control measures for beverages and supplies.
- Develop creative drink menus that align with current trends while catering to customer preferences.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards throughout all operations.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Previous experience as a barista is advantageous but not essential.
