Bar/Restaurant Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Bar/Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant team. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while serving a variety of beverages and light meals. Duties

• Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring effective team management and training.


• Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service during busy periods.


• Implement effective inventory control measures for beverages and supplies.


• Develop creative drink menus that align with current trends while catering to customer preferences.


• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance the dining experience.


• Ensure adherence to food safety standards throughout all operations.


• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new team members to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.


• Previous experience as a barista is advantageous but not essential.
