Independent Country Pub seeks Bar and Restaurant manager to further develop the business both in terms of service level and new business. Working full or part time you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the bar and restaurant area ..

Based near Maidstone and in operation under the current owners for a significant period they are keen to take a back seat so require a new manager.

looking for an experienced people and service person. Ideally you will have been in a senior role for at least 2 years and either looking for a change of scenery or keen to move on in the industry and add value to your cv.

Typical opportunities that you may or may not wish to get involved in include:

Menu and cocktail development

Promotion of business through new media

Marketing plan management including creative

Structured staff training

Stock take management and development

New business markets such as Weddings etc.

Pay: £17\.00\-£20\.00 per hour
