Overview
We are seeking an experienced and friendly Bar/Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards. Weekly pay and weekly tips.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar and restaurant staff, including serving food and preparing drinks.


• Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction.


• Monitor stock levels, and manage inventory efficiently.


• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and bar spaces.


• Lead by example in delivering excellent hospitality experiences to all guests.

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.


• Experience in managing teams in busy environments such as restaurants, hotels, or bars.


• Barista and cocktail experience is essential.
