Position: Bar Manager

Location: Unsworth, Bury (BL9\)

Rate of Pay: £14\.50 per hour

Pike Fold Golf Club is seeking a dedicated, reliable, and customer\-focused Bar Manager to lead our front\-of\-house operations. Situated in the heart of Unsworth, our club is a hub for members and visitors alike, and we pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere and high standards.

The Role

As Bar Manager, you will be the face of the clubhouse. This is a hands\-on role where you will manage the bar operations, lead the service team, and ensure every guest has a great experience.

We offer a unique Seasonal Flexible Contract that allows for a better work\-life balance during the winter months:

  • Summer Season: 40 hours per week (April – Oct)

  • Winter Season: 20 hours per week (Nov – March)

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: A proven track record in bar or hospitality management.

  • Reliability: A trust\-worthy professional who can manage cash, stock, and club security (keys).

  • People Skills: A warm, professional communicator who enjoys interacting with club members.

  • Flexibility: The ability to adapt to the changing needs of the club and a willingness to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
