Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all bar staff, including bartenders and serving personnel, fostering teamwork and high morale


• Oversee food preparation and beverage service to ensure quality, presentation, and consistency meet brand standards


• Manage inventory levels for alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and food items; place orders as needed to prevent shortages


• Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service policies


• Create engaging drink menus, including specialty cocktails, while staying current with industry trends


• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guests leave satisfied and eager to return


• Monitor sales performance, analyze revenue data, and implement strategies to maximize profitability

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in bar or restaurant settings with strong team management skills


• Extensive knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation


• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and culinary practices within hospitality environments


• Familiarity with food safety standards and food production processes


• Ability to lead a diverse team while maintaining high energy levels and positive attitude


• Strong organizational skills for inventory control and operational efficiency


• Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and guests effectively
