Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety.


• Oversee food preparation and beverage crafting, ensuring all drinks meet quality standards and presentation expectations.


• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to prevent waste while ensuring availability of popular items.


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, alcohol licensing laws, and health standards across all operations.


• Train staff on bartending techniques, food handling, customer service skills, and safety procedures to foster a knowledgeable team environment.


• Create engaging drink menus that incorporate current trends and customer preferences to attract diverse clientele.


• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with their experience.

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in a bar or restaurant environment with strong team management skills.


• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, bartending skills, and culinary concepts.


• Experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants or hotels that emphasize excellent service delivery.


• Familiarity with food safety protocols, food production processes, and kitchen operations.


• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a positive work environment.


• Knowledge of barista experience or serving roles is a plus for versatile beverage offerings.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
