Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued


• Oversee food and beverage preparation, including bartending, cocktail crafting, and food presentation to uphold quality standards


• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock to minimize waste and control costs


• Enforce food safety regulations and cleanliness standards across all bar areas


• Develop innovative drink menus and promotional strategies to enhance guest engagement and boost sales


• Train staff on proper serving techniques, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food production and timely delivery of orders


• Maintain a lively yet professional environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality, and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in bar or restaurant settings with strong team management skills


• Extensive knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktail recipes, and food preparation methods


• Experience in food safety practices, food production, and kitchen operations


• Background in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable


• Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills


• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail


• Prior experience with culinary arts or barista work is a plus but not required
