Bar Manager (Day shift)

We're looking for an exceptional Bar Manager to lead our bar team, drive outstanding member experiences and help shape a best\-in\-class beverage programme within one of London's leading members' clubs, workspaces and events destinations. You'll bring energy, personality and a genuine passion for hospitality, creating a bar experience that members want to return to time and again.

Working closely with the Assistant General Manager, Events Team and Member Experience Team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, developing a high\-performing team and ensuring our bar remains a destination in its own right.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Lead the day\-to\-day running of the bar operation


• Recruit, train and develop a high\-performing team that embodies our values and service standards


• Deliver exceptional member and guest experiences


• Create and evolve drinks menus, seasonal offers and beverage experiences


• Manage supplier relationships, purchasing, stock control and drink quality


• Deliver beverage masterclasses and member events


• Support the planning and delivery of corporate events, private functions and high\-volume hospitality experiences


• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth


• Maintain outstanding standards of presentation, cleanliness, compliance and operational excellence


• Work collaboratively with Events, Deli and Kitchen teams to deliver a seamless F\&B experience

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager within a premium hospitality venue


• Personal Licence holder


• Proven experience recruiting, training and developing high\-performing hospitality teams


• Significant experience delivering corporate events, private functions and high\-volume hospitality operations


• Commercially minded, with an understanding of revenue generation, margins and stock management


• Passion for drinks, trends and hospitality innovation


• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills


• Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and working independently


• Energetic, personable and naturally guest\-focused
