Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Floor Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations of the restaurant This pivotal role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supervising team members to deliver top\-tier hospitality. Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations, ensuring all guest services are delivered efficiently and professionally


• To maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas


• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience


• Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures


• Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve their best performance


• Manage inventory of wet stock , cleaning supplies, and guest amenities to ensure availability and proper stock levels

Requirements

• Proven experience in a restaurant operations or hospitality management with a focus on guest service excellence


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team


• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff


• Knowledge of janitorial practices and cleanliness standards within a hospitality setting


• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment


• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £12\.71\-£14\.00 per hour
