We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Bar \& Events Supervisor to support the smooth running of our bar operations. As a keyholder, you’ll play a vital role in opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and leading the bar team during busy service periods across our hotel bar and function spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise bar operations during assigned shifts, including hotel bar and event/function bar service


• Open and close the venue as a designated keyholder, following all security procedures


• Perform accurate end\-of\-day cash reconciliation and till management


• Conduct daily cash outs and prepare handover reports for management


• Maintain stock levels, assist with weekly stocktakes, and flag discrepancies


• Ensure the bars are set up, stocked, and ready for service at all times


• Lead and motivate bar staff during service, maintaining standards and pace


• Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, Challenge 25, and responsible service of alcohol


• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, escalating where necessary


• Handle Hotel Check ins \& help maintain hotel standards


• Monitor cleanliness and presentation of all bar areas to brand standard

• Previous bar supervisory or senior bar experience in a hotel, events, or high\-volume venue


• Confident cash handler with a meticulous approach to reconciliation


• Keyholder experience preferred


• Personal licence holder desirable (or willingness to work towards)


• Natural team leader who leads by example on the floor


• Flexible availability to cover evenings, weekends, and events
