Bank Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily activities such as personal care, mobility and activities.


• Assist in following personalized care plans tailored to each individual’s needs


• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents quality of life


• Maintain clear communication with team members, residents, and their families regarding care progress and any concerns


• Use IT systems to record care activities accurately and update residents records regularly


• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed diligently during all interactions

Qualifications

• Experience working within a care home or providing home care services is essential


• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English


• Comfortable using IT systems for documentation and communication purposes


• Strong communication skills with a caring, respectful approach towards residents


• Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt to changing needs of individuals served
