Bank Booking Officer
We are seeking customer\-focused individuals looking for flexible bank work, who are enthusiastic about joining a friendly and supportive environment within our booking teams at East Surrey Hospital.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will:
Manage referrals and book patient appointments via incoming and outgoing calls
Provide excellent customer service to patients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Carry out general office administration tasks
Support reception services, including face\-to\-face patient interaction
As a Booking Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring clinics are effectively utilised and that patients are scheduled in line with the Trust’s Referral to Treatment policy.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate diplomacy and empathy and be comfortable working in various busy office environment whilst maintaining accuracy.
