Band 6 Clinical Research Practitioner
The Clinical Research Practitioner ('CRP') is a key member of the Trust's Research and Development Team. The principal purpose of the role is to work with clinical teams across the Midlands to assist in identifying and recruiting participants in research studies, including service users, carers and staff. The CRP will provide support during the early feasibility stage, assist in obtaining Trust R\&D approvals and other delegated tasks relating to research governance.
The core purpose of the role is to work with clinical teams to assist in identifying and recruiting participants for studies which have been adopted to the Mental Health Mission portfolio, one of which will be the COMBINER Study.
Your duties will involve supporting site file management, screening, recruitment and monitoring of trial patients, collection and documentation of accurate data and performing tests and assessments. You will also be required to develop and utilise a working knowledge of and compliance with local, national and international research regulations
