Location: Drayton Parslow, MK17 0JZ
Working days: Monday–Friday
Start time: Approximately 7:00am
Finish: Typically between 1:00pm and 3:00pm, depending on production requirements
Overtime: Available during busy periods
Pay: Hourly rate, dependent on experience
Start date: ASAP

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking Bakery Team Member to join our small team at our busy wholesale bakery in Drayton Parslow.

We specialise in cakes, traybakes and cinnamon buns, with a strong passion for quality and making everything from scratch. We’re looking for someone who shares this passion and takes pride in producing great\-quality food.

As we head into our busy festive period, we’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

About the role

Working as part of our bakery team, your day\-to\-day duties will include:

• Preparing and weighing ingredients


• Baking cakes, traybakes and cinnamon buns


• Finishing and decorating products


• Portioning and packing products for wholesale customers


• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene


• Working efficiently to meet daily production requirements


• Helping with general bakery duties


• Being willing to help across all aspects of the business and support the team wherever needed

Previous experience in a bakery, professional kitchen or food production environment is important, as this is a busy, hands\-on role. Full training will be provided on our products, recipes and processes.
