Bagroom Assistant
Westfield Medical, a leading UK manufacturer of sterilisation barrier systems, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable person as a Bagroom Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in working within a manufacturing environment, specifically on machinery. You will be required to meet the targets for the Bagroom department.
We are looking for a candidate that can work well as part of a team and be self\-motivated. The successful candidate will be able to understand and interpret written instructions with a willingness to learn and follow procedures.
Role And Responsibilities:
- Machine based sorting and packing
- Quality Checks on medical products
- Following Quality Manufacturing Procedures
- Positive thinking and self\-motivated individual
- Effective team member
- High level of housekeeping and cleaning
- Able to learn and understand new processes
- Strong organisational skills
- Managing workload to achieve all duties
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail

Morning Shift
Monday – Thursday 06:00 \-14:00
Friday – 06:00 – 11:30
Afternoon Shift
Monday – Thursday 14:00 – 22:00
Friday – 11:30 – 17:00
There may be a requirement to work night shift:
Night Shift
Monday – Thursday 22:00 – 06:00
Friday – 17:00 – 22:30
(Subject to change)
On occasion we may need to change shifts to meet production demands.
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,057\.25 per year
