Salary: Up to £51,000 dependent upon experience

About the role:
SpaMedica provides NHS and private ophthalmology services, including Freedom Vision. The organisation’s growth depends on ensuring patients understand their treatment options and can access services easily and confidently.
The B2C Marketing Lead is responsible for patient\-focused marketing across both NHS and private pathways. The role develops and delivers patient acquisition, engagement and conversion activity, ensuring marketing supports appropriate patient choice, improves access to care and generates sustainable private demand.
The role translates marketing strategy into campaigns, digital journeys and communications that increase awareness, improve conversion and support operational capacity. In simple terms, the role ensures patients who could benefit from SpaMedica’s services understand their options and are able to choose and access care with confidence.
The role is responsible for understanding patient decision\-making, confidence and barriers to treatment, and using this insight to improve access and conversion.
The role includes understanding the patient decision and access journey from awareness through to treatment, identifying barriers that prevent patients progressing, and improving communications and pathways to support informed patient choice and attendance.
Qualifications \& Experience:
Essential:
- Experience in B2C marketing or demand generation
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns (e.g. search, web or paid media)
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Experience managing websites or digital journeys
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise activity
- Healthcare or regulated sector experience
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM systems
- Understanding of patient communications or consent processes
- Experience working in multi\-site organisations
- Experience supporting service launches or new sites
