Location: Hybrid Working (Redditch Office \& Client Visits)

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the driving force behind our marketing and growth activities, including:
- Developing and delivering creative B2B marketing campaigns that generate opportunities and raise brand awareness.
- Building and continuing relationships with existing and new contractors, developers, consultants and key decision\-makers across the industry.
- Visiting customers, prospects and industry events to strengthen relationships and nurture new opportunities.
- Managing digital marketing activity, including social media and Website content.
- Monitoring sales and marketing performance and continuously improving results.
- Bringing fresh ideas, new initiatives and innovative thinking to help drive business growth.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.
- Organised, self\-motivated and proactive.
- Good understanding of marketing and digital communication channels.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Previous sales or business development experience.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
