Yes? Then you may have the ideal role for you... working as our Operations Analyst within Customer Operations. This is a Redditch\-based hybrid role, with a requirement to attend the office when required usually 3 days per week with flexibility to support operational reporting cycles and business needs.
You’ll support the delivery of reporting and insight across Central Operations, working closely with the Forecasting and Analytics Manager. You’ll develop, maintain and improve management information, dashboards, forecasting models and analytical outputs that support workforce planning, operational performance and decision\-making.
You’ll produce accurate and timely MI covering performance, capacity, demand, productivity and SLA delivery, using tools such as Power BI and Excel. You’ll analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance drivers, turning complex data into clear commentary and user\-friendly outputs for a range of stakeholders.
You’ll also support the move from manual reporting to automated, scalable solutions, contribute to data quality improvements, and work collaboratively with Operations, Planning \& Scheduling, Finance, HR and IT teams to understand reporting needs and data requirements.
You’ll be a confident, self\-motivated and analytical individual with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. You’ll be comfortable working with data, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and communicating insight clearly to both technical and non\-technical audiences.
For this role you’ll have experience in a Business Intelligence, MI, data analysis or reporting role, ideally within an operational or field\-based environment. Practical experience with Power BI, Excel and Power Query is required, along with working knowledge of SQL/MySQL and DAX. Exposure to Python is desirable but not essential. When you join us, you’ll receive:
- Salary: circa £33,000 depending on experience
- 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
