About the Role
We’re looking for a confident communicator to make outbound B2B sales calls to fabricators, engineering firms, and builders. You’ll introduce our drafting, BIM, and steel detailing services, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for our technical team.
Perfect for someone who wants flexible mid‑week work with strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to targeted businesses
- Identify needs and pitch our drafting/BIM/steel detailing services
- Book qualified meetings and follow up on warm leads
- Keep simple notes and keep records of the calls
- Work closely with our technical team on promising opportunities
- Clear, confident phone manner
- Some B2B sales or customer‑facing experience
- Interest in construction, engineering, or technical services (training provided)
- Self‑motivation and comfort working independently
- Reliability on Tue–Thu
- Should be able to meet clients in person at their business (Paid travel)
- Casual, flexible mid‑week hours
- Hourly pay \+ commission
- Supportive team and full training
- Great role for someone building sales experience or returning to work
