B2B Proposition Manager (Employer)
Role Overview
As the UK's largest workplace pension provider, the proposition we provide for our employers is critical not just for the ongoing success for Nest, but the wider UK economy. This role will work closely with teams across Nest to deliver leading propositions for a wide range of businesses, from SMEs to larger corporates, helping them to navigate their role as an employer and ultimately help deliver financial peace of mind for all.
The minimum criteria for this role are: • Experience in either delivering propositions for b2b customers or in a relationship management function facing off to b2b customers
- Experience in b2b workplace pension, SaaS or financial services
- Evidence in delivering a front end transactional capability; either in workplace pension, SaaS or financial services

Directorate/Department Overview
The B2B team is accountable for the end to end proposition for our employers, intermediaries and payroll software partners. This is comprised of key areas:
- Proposition team, working with operations, IT, product and marketing teams to deliver market leading capability
- Key Account Managers; responsible for day to day relationship management for our largest and most complex customers
- Technical Support; working with Key Account Managers and back office staff to resolve any challenges; providing a feedback loop into proposition development where relevant
- innovation, customer strategy and business management
