Based in Evesham, we are a premier manufacturer of high\-quality plantation shutters. We supply exclusively to the trade. We do not deal with the general public or domestic homeowners. Our clients are independent blind and shutter retailers, high\-end interior design studios, property developers, and window covering professionals.
We don’t believe in aggressive, old\-school, high\-pressure sales. We grow our factory volume entirely through trade partnership retention, British manufacturing precision, and elite customer service. We are looking for a professional Field Account Executive to look after our commercial partners and seamlessly bridge the gap between our trade clients and our Evesham factory.
Where You Will Work (The Split):
This is a balanced hybrid role split between external client management and factory coordination, working strictly Monday to Friday:
- In the Field: Out on the road driving our luxury company EV to visit existing trade partners, check in on retail showrooms, drop off new factory composite and paint samples to design studios, and onboard new trade accounts across your region.
- In the Office / Factory: Based at our Evesham headquarters, following up on trade quotes, handling commercial product inquiries, converting warm inbound business leads, and liaising directly with our production team to ensure your accounts' orders are built to exact specifications.
Because we are a premium UK manufacturer, your success relies on building long\-term trust and providing stellar support so that trade clients choose our factory for every project.
Our shutters are engineered from an advanced, extruded composite material reinforced with an aluminium core. This means they are completely waterproof, heavily insulated, and guaranteed never to warp, crack, or peel—giving you a genuinely superior, British\-made product to market to your accounts with a 10\-year warranty.
Your day\-to\-day will involve:
- Relationship Management: Regular face\-to\-face check\-ins to support our network of interior designers, retail showrooms, and contract buyers.
- Technical Product Support: Acting as a knowledgeable expert to help trade clients understand our composite specifications, framing types, and custom colour\-match options for their clients' projects.
- Order Coordination: Ensuring trade client specifications and initial dimensions are accurately communicated back to the manufacturing team.
- Growth Through Service: Cultivating repeat business simply by being the most reliable, helpful, and organized manufacturer's representative in the industry.
This is a full\-time, Monday to Friday role with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Because you are managing business\-to\-business clients, your hours will naturally align with standard commercial operating patterns. However, flexibility is required to accommodate travel across your territory and to fit around the busy schedules of showroom owners and project managers.

- A professional, articulate communicator who excels at long\-term account management.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for precision (crucial for manufacturing and trade orders).
- Experience in a B2B environment, trade sales, premium interior finishes, window coverings, or construction/building materials is highly desirable.
- A clean, full UK driving licence (essential for utilising the Q6 e\-tron).
