An experienced Azure Platform Engineer who is passionate about automation, cloud infrastructure, and security. You will join a highly technical team responsible for maintaining and improving critical fraud detection capabilities that help protect millions of customers from payment fraud.

About the Role
------------------

As a Senior Azure Platform Engineer, you are responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and deployment processes that support mission\-critical fraud detection services.

You will:

• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure within Microsoft Azure environments.


• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions using Bicep.


• Automate operational and deployment processes using Ansible and Bash scripting.


• Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using YAML.


• Identify manual processes and drive automation initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency.


• Collaborate with engineers, security specialists, architects, and data professionals to deliver secure and reliable solutions.


• Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices across the team.


• Explore and introduce new technologies, tools, and methodologies that improve platform capabilities.


• Contribute to platform stability, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who Are You?
----------------

Required Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure management.


• Hands\-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.


• Strong Bash scripting skills.


• Proven experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Bicep.


• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using YAML.


• Strong automation mindset with a focus on eliminating repetitive manual work.


• Experience coaching, mentoring, or guiding other engineers.


• Comfortable working independently and proactively exploring new technologies.


• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.


• Familiarity with Java development.
