Job Overview:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for from the moment they enter our spa. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the wellness industry, eager to learn, and looking to grow within a professional spa environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm, friendly attitude and assist them with check\-in/check\-out procedures.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries efficiently.
- Provide information about spa services, treatments, and products to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in processing payments and managing client accounts.
- Support the spa team in day\-to\-day operations and special projects as needed.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Basic computer skills; experience with scheduling software is a plus.
- A genuine interest in the wellness and beauty industry.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
