The Package
- Salary: From £32,500 (negotiable based on experience).
- Bonus: Performance\-related scheme paying £250–£650 per month (upto £7,800 per year)
- Company Car: Available for the successful candidate.
- Health \& Security: Private Medical Cover, Life Insurance, and Sick Pay.
- Holiday: 29 Days (including bank holidays).
- Growth: Minimum 3 days of professional external training per year.
- Manage the "Front of House" journey from booking to handover.
- Liaise with our technician team to price repairs and explain faults to customers.
- Manage workshop loading to ensure a smooth flow of work.
- Ordering parts and authorizing repairs.
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:45
- Saturdays: Just one per month (08:00 – 13:00\)
- Experience: We are only considering people who have worked in the motor trade before as having mechanical/technical knowledge is a must for this role.
- Skills: Strong communication, honesty, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
