Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Auto Door Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing automatic doors across various commercial and industrial sites. • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out maintenance tasks efficiently.


• Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams to facilitate accurate repairs and installations.


• Troubleshoot electrical systems associated with automatic doors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.


• Collaborate with clients and team members to plan installation schedules and provide technical support.


• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs undertaken.


• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company policies.

• Proven experience in construction trades such as roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical work, carpentry, or masonry is highly desirable.


• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and fabrication techniques related to automatic door mechanisms.


• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment is essential.


• Experience working with construction painting or plastering is a plus but not mandatory.


• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.


• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.


• Strong problem\-solving skills coupled with excellent attention to detail.


• Relevant certifications or training in electrical or mechanical systems will be advantageous.
