Key Responsibilities • Leading and reviewing audit assignments across a varied portfolio of not-for-profit clients
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, managing relationships with professionalism and sensitivity
- Supervising, coaching, and supporting the development of junior and semi-senior audit staff
- Supporting partners and managers on complex assignments and technical matters specific to the not-for-profit sector
- Ensuring all assignments are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standard
- Keeping up to date with developments in charity SORP, UK auditing standards, and relevant regulatory requirements
- At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven ability to lead audit assignments and manage client relationships confidently and effectively
- Strong technical knowledge of charity SORP, UK auditing standards, and financial reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and empathetic client-facing manner
- Well organised with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
