Audit and Accounts Manager

A well respected Independent Accountancy Firm based in the heart of Central London, is seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Manager. In this role you will oversee a diverse portfolio worth in excess of £400k in fees, managing audit and accounts assignments across a variety of industries. You will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and delivering high-quality financial reports. As part of your duties, you will also be responsible for assigning jobs to the team, reviewing their work and delivering both structured and on the job training. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in practice as a Manager and will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and develop client relationships. • Proven experience as an Audit and Accounts Manager within a similar Firm.


• Experience of managing a client portfolio.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Ability to work effectively across diverse industries.


• Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.


• Experience of wider practice management duties is desirable.
