Attendance Payroll Administrator

About the roleWe are recruiting an Attendance \& Payroll administrator to support our HR and Payroll functions and ensure the smooth running of our absence reporting and payroll processing.
This role is central to supporting colleagues, by managing the company’s attendance process, onboarding process and training activities. You will work within the HR department, working closely with the Payroll department, line managers and employees at all levels. Pivotal to payroll process is to ensure an accurate and efficient process, to maintain employee records.
Key duties will be:
– Maintain accurate attendance and absence records
– Manage the attendance and absence process daily, every morning
– Support managers and employees with attendance related queries, including return to work meetings
– Daily and monthly data entry into our payroll system
– Support payroll compliance
– Maintain HR systems and spreadsheets in accordance with department processes
– Any additional administrative duties required within the departmentAbout you– Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
– Confident using Microsoft excel
– Strong communication skills
– Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
– A proactive and approachable mannerWorking hoursOffice hours are 8:00 am to 12:00 pm Monday to Friday. You may be required to work additional hours, as necessitated by the needs of the business, particularly during annual leave and payroll processing dates.
