We are seeking an experienced and dynamic South Indian Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant team. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Split shift for lunch service and weekend duties are required

Operation Time Tuesday to Friday 5 pm to 9 pm \| Saturday 12 \- 9\.30 pm \| Sunday 3 pm to 8 pm
40 hrs work week .
we will be opening for lunch 12 to 2 pm Tuesday to Friday in august 2026
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training in guidance of General manager.
- Oversee food \& beverage preparation and cooking processes to ensure authenticity and quality standards are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and feedback, ensuring excellent hospitality service
- Lead team management initiatives to motivate staff, improve performance, and foster a collaborative environment
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation within the restaurant environment
- Implement operational procedures to optimise efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Uphold brand standards consistently across all aspects of guest service delivery
- Proven supervising experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
- Extensive restaurant experience with a focus on South Indian cuisine or similar culinary traditions .
- Demonstrable team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Barista , Bar experience or familiarity with beverage service is considered an advantage
- Leadership qualities combined with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Pay: £26,500\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
