NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK employing around 40,000 staff in a wide range of clinical and non\-clinical professions and job roles. We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1\.15 million and a wider population of 2\.2 million when our regional and national services are included.

The shift pattern for this position is Monday \- Friday. These are permanent posts.

Within this exciting time of the Nursing and Midwifery Strategy launch, this post is essential to the delivery of strategic priorities within Excellence in Care and Care Assurance. The post holder will work in association with Practice Development Nurses to provide professional advice on care assurance across the NHSGGC . This will include Quality Improvement projects, guideline and policy development, delivery of education programmes and teaching to deliver of safe, effective person centred care.
