Associate Podiatrist

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Associate Podiatrist to join our well established clinic in Motherwell.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high\-quality podiatric care, diagnosing foot and lower limb conditions, nail removals, and developing personalised treatment plans. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with foot, ankle, and lower limb issues.


• Diagnose a wide range of conditions including injuries, deformities, infections, and chronic diseases affecting the lower extremities.


• Develop and implement customised treatment plans, including prescribing orthotics, footwear advice, and other interventions.


• Perform minor surgical procedures where appropriate and necessary.


• Educate patients on foot health, injury prevention, and management strategies.


• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with clinical standards and legal requirements.


• Stay updated with the latest developments in podiatry through ongoing professional development.

• Proven experience as a Podiatrist or in a similar healthcare role specialising in foot and lower limb care.


• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.


• Fluency in English is essential for clear communication and documentation.


• Proficiency in IT systems used for medical record keeping and appointment scheduling.
