We are looking for a talented, motivated and patient\-focused Associate Dentist to join our friendly dental practice in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys providing high\-quality care in a private and Denplan setting. The successful candidate will inherit a large, stable list of private and Denplan patients, with strong potential for further growth.
Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a comfortable, welcoming and professional environment. We have a growing demand for aligner therapy, composite bonding and dental implant treatments, making this an ideal role for an associate who is keen to develop within a progressive private practice.
The role will involve:
\- Providing high\-quality dental care to private and Denplan patients
\- Carrying out a range of general dental treatments, including preventive, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
\- Building long\-term relationships with patients based on trust, communication and excellent care
\- Maintaining high clinical standards and accurate patient records
\- Working closely with the wider team to support the continued growth of the practice
The ideal candidate must have:
\- Valid registration with the General Dental Council
\- Experience working in general dental practice with private and Denplan patients
\- Strong clinical and communication skills
\- A compassionate, ethical and patient\-focused approach
\- A commitment to ongoing professional development
\- An interest in endodontics would be advantageous
