This is a unique opportunity for a diligent Associate to join our leading team of clinicians.

The practice is well supported as part of Au Dental with an iTero scanner on\-site, Trios on the way and full\-time Marketing Manager based at our Head Office.

There is also a 6\-week in\-depth Ethical Sales \& Communication course available at no cost.

Associate Dentist \- Citident Dental Centre, MK6 4AT

Role:

• 4 days per week, up to 4500 UDAs plus significant private potential. We are happy to show redacted data and earning potentials from our associates proving private scope.


• weekdays 9am to 5\.30pm , Saturdays private only are also available on a rota


• Available: September 2026


• Established well\-maintained NHS list with private potential

The Practice:

• An experienced and supportive single\-site practice manager with a private dental background and experience in a leading an Invisalign and Implant centre.


• £100k\+ spent on marketing annually across the group e.g. Google Ads


• 1300\+ Google Reviews \& a strong focus on patient experience. One of the highest ranking practices in Milton Keynes.


• 6 surgery practice with an iTero \& OPG, CBCT


• Fully digitalised currently using iPads in every surgery. iPads are used to show portfolios, visual animations and sign treatment plans


• A strong Clinical team spearheaded by a dedicated Clinical Advisor


• Long\-serving, dedicated and highly experienced team


• Ideally located in Milton Keynes with a train station a short distance away.

Development opportunities within the group:

• Option to go a 6\-week ethical sales and communication course with the Managing Director, Aly Tejani. This has proven results and he has been asked to become a coach by Practice Plan.


• The practice has support of 1x Clinical Advisor who are practicing clinicians as well


• Regular catch\-ups with the Clinical Advisor


• Au Evolve, our own training initiative compromising of the opportunity to shadow, attend peer reviews and our annual conference and exclusive hands\-on days with Elevate Dental


• Associate Development Scheme \- course contribution of up to £1,000 available.


• Work with clinicians in our group to develop short term orthodontics skills.


• Opportunity to train to provide sedation


• Observe and learn implant dentistry from our in\-house implantologist and also other specialisms including orthodontics, perio and endo

Equipment

• Rotary Endodontics as standard


• X\-rays in every surgery


• Sectional matrix for use in posterior composites


• Use of a iTero Scanner (within the practice)


• Practice offers Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Facial Aesthetics, Implants, Oral Surgery, sedation plus Hygienist and Therapist.

• Use of iPads to show visual animations, before \& afters.


• Intra oral cameras in every surgery

All candidates must be registered with the GDC and have an active performer number.
