The roleJoin Mills \& Reeve's growing national banking and finance practice and build your career within a supportive, collaborative team. Based in Birmingham or Leeds, you'll work on complex, high\-value domestic and international matters, with plenty of client contact and opportunities to develop your own experience and profile.
The person
You'll ideally be an ambitious lawyer with 0 to 3 years' PQE and substantial banking and finance experience gained within a recognised practice.
You'll bring:

- The confidence to build lasting client relationships
- A genuine ambition to learn, progress and contribute to the team
The activities
You'll advise banks, alternative lenders, funds, borrowers and other organisations across a broad range of financing transactions, including:
- Corporate banking and real estate finance
- Acquisition, leveraged and asset\-based lending
- Government finance and debt capital markets
- Financing aspects of private equity deals, M\&A and property transactions
- Funding arrangements for universities and not\-for\-profit institutions

Pre employment screening
