Assistant Store Manager
<h6><strong>You are an independent professional, with a high level of responsibility and identifying and solving problems is something that comes naturally to you.</strong> <strong> As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to</strong><strong> achieve sales and service targets; maintaining best practices and identifying areas of improvements for store operations and other factors that contribute to providing an excellent experience for our customers and team members alike.</strong></h6>
<h5>What you will do: </h5>
<ul>
<li>Support the Store Manager to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve company goals and incrementally improve individual objectives</li>
<li>Collaborate with training teams to effectively to develop a gold standard team</li>
<li>Establish weekly/monthly objectives for the team</li>
<li>Ensure that all employees present professionally according to company policies and practice highest level of customer service to achieve maximum sales and radically personal experience</li>
<li>Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines</li>
<li>Collaborate with store support departments to effectively utilize company resources</li>
<li>Align with Human Resources on company policies, procedures and development planning for store team</li>
<li>Performing other duties assigned by Store Manager</li>
</ul>
<h5>Who you are:</h5>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service/clienteling skills</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills, able to coach/motivate team</li>
<li>Professional verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li>
