YOUR NEW POSITION:

We are looking for an assistant store manager to join our team.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will support the store manager in effectively managing the store by improving sales results, ensuring excellent customer service, and ensuring that the team fulfills its daily responsibilities in a positive atmosphere.

• Ensuring an excellent level of customer service in the store


• Planning, implementing, and monitoring activities necessary to achieve and exceed sales targets


• Analyze and verify management indicators and costs with a view to improving them


• Ensure and cooperate in the implementation of merchandising standards and optimize the sales area to achieve maximum profitability


• Know the collection and control and manage inventory to maximize sales


• Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team


• Recruit, train, and ensure the smooth integration of new employees


• Lead and motivate the team, ensuring the development of employee potential


• Plan, organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks, optimize resources, and minimize costs


• Ensure optimal management of personnel\-related administrative tasks
