- LOCATION: MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO MERRY HILL SHOPPING CENTRE, BRIERLEY HILL.

Job Description
We are recruiting an Assistant Shop In\-Charge to support our retail team at Merry Hill Shopping Centre. You will assist in overseeing daily operations, driving sales targets, maintaining visual standards, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, driving individual and team performance to hit daily and monthly sales targets.
- Become a product expert, sharing your fragrance knowledge and passion with customers and colleagues.
- Assist the Shop In\-Charge in store administration, team coordination, and communicating with Head Office.
- Mentor and train sales consultants on product notes, storytelling, and customer consultation flows.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail experience in perfumes/fragrances, with supervisory potential or team lead experience.
- Availability: Ability to work flexibly during retail hours, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays (except Christmas Day).
- Sales \& Team Driven: Proven track record in a target\-driven sales environment with strong communication skills.
- Proactive: Comfortable initiating customer interactions and demonstrating traffic\-stopping techniques to drive sales.
- Brand Ambassador: Highly professional attitude, strong customer service ethics, and a passion for luxury Arabian fragrances.
To support store leadership in delivering exceptional service to DXB Perfume customers and achieving commercial targets.
