The Opportunity
You’ll work directly with patients interested in life\-changing smile transformations through our luxury cosmetic dental treatments.
This is a consultative closing role where your ability to build trust, explain finance options, handle objections, and confidently close on the day will directly impact your success and earnings.
You’ll oversee the patient journey from consultation through to conversion, ensuring every interaction feels premium, professional, and genuinely exciting.
We’re looking for someone who brings energy into the room, creates confidence instantly, and understands what exceptional customer experience truly looks like.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting high\-value consultations
- Closing premium cosmetic dental treatment plans on the day
- Explaining finance options clearly and professionally
- Taking deposits and guiding patients through the onboarding process
- Delivering a luxury 5\-star customer experience throughout the journey
- Building strong rapport and emotional connection with patients
- Working closely with clinicians and management teams
- Helping improve sales performance and bringing fresh new ideas into the business
- Supporting growth and helping shape the future of the brand
This role is ideal for experienced closers from industries such as:
- Motor industry sales
- Home improvement sales
- Solar and energy sales
- High\-value retail
- Luxury or niche sales markets
- Premium consultative sales environments
