ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER (WOLF ANTWERP)

On 1 July, we are launching a brand new street food concept in WOLF foodmarket in

Antwerp. We are looking for an ASSISTANT MANAGER to join us from day one.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Manager and your responsibilities

include:

• Support the Manager in the daily operations


• Lead a team (students)


• Verify the quality and accuracy of received goods


• Conduct regular inventories


• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of services


• Monitor and maintain the quality of dishes


• Enforce hygiene and safety regulations


• Work in various kitchen stations and cash register


• Open and close the premises in accordance with operational procedures


• Contribute to team performance evaluations

• Reliable, motivated, autonomous, dynamic, punctual, and organized


• Strong verbal skills NL/EN


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry (Horeca)


• Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset

• 3\-month fixed\-term contract (renewable), with the possibility of transitioning to a


• permanent contract


• Full\-time position


• Meal voucher €7 per working day (Monizze)


• €17 bruto per hour


• Minimum of 2 consecutive rest days


• You do not work every other weekend


• Vacation pay
