Responsibilities

- Delegate tasks effectively, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.
- Assist with training new team members in service procedures, health \& safety protocols, and company policies.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Contribute to organising special events or promotions to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality environments, preferably with supervising or managerial responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the UK hospitality sector.
- Experience in team management, leadership, and staff training.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills to liaise confidently with staff and customers alike.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast\-paced setting.
