Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Coordinate food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.


• Delegate tasks effectively, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.


• Assist with training new team members in service procedures, health \& safety protocols, and company policies.


• Handle customer enquiries professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.


• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.


• Contribute to organising special events or promotions to enhance customer engagement and revenue.

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality environments, preferably with supervising or managerial responsibilities.


• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.


• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the UK hospitality sector.


• Experience in team management, leadership, and staff training.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.


• Good communication skills to liaise confidently with staff and customers alike.


• A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast\-paced setting.
