Head Bartender / Front of House Supervisor

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Head Bartender and Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar and front of house, ensuring exceptional service standards and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your leadership will help maintain a high level of hospitality while managing staff and coordinating with other departments to deliver an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the bar, stock and cellar control


• Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organisation, addressing any issues promptly.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and communicate any special requests or dietary needs from guests.


• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their choices.


• Conduct regular inventory checks of front of house supplies and communicate needs for replenishment.

Skills

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.


• Proficient in bartending skills, with knowledge of various beverages advantageous.


• Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks during busy periods.


• A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing exceptional service to all guests.


• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also providing support when needed.

Pay: From £12\.71 per hour
