Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and high\-quality guest experiences


• Support team members in food preparation, cooking, serving, and bartending tasks to uphold quality standards


• Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance on food safety, food production, and hospitality best practices


• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service while fostering a positive work environment


• Oversee cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations


• Help coordinate staff schedules, training sessions, and performance feedback to optimize team efficiency


• Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and maintain accurate records of food handling procedures

Experience

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment


• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, bartending, or barista work


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively


• Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards


• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry practices is a plus


• Experience in food production and kitchen operations is highly desirable


• Prior roles involving serving guests or managing customer interactions will be advantageous

Pay: £13\.00\-£15\.00 per hour
