Duties

• Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, including serving, and bartending activities


• Support team management by training staff on food safety standards, food production techniques, and customer service excellence


• Oversee kitchen activities to ensure efficient food preparation and adherence to quality standards


• Manage the bar area by supervising bartenders and ensuring responsible alcohol service


• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a high level of hospitality throughout service hours


• Monitor cleanliness and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and food safety standards


• Lead by example in fostering teamwork, motivating staff, and maintaining a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills


• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations


• Experience in bartending or barista roles is highly desirable


• Excellent leadership abilities with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences


• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and guests


• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
