Petrus by Gordon Ramsay is an elegant fine dining restaurant which has retained a Michelin star since 2011\. Serving modern French cuisine, the restaurant benefits from a magnificent state of the art cylindrical wine vault constructed from glass in the middle of the restaurant, creating a fantastic ambience for both our guests and the team.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at the Michelin starred Petrus by Gordon Ramsay, located in Knightsbridge.

What you do as an Assistant Restaurant Manager:

• You ensure each guest has a positive dining experience and you continuously strive to go above and beyond their needs


• You inspire the team by leading by example – remaining calm, composed, and in control at all times


• You support the General Manager with the recruitment and training of the team and ensure all revenue opportunities are maximised


• You communicate relevant business information regularly, efficiently, and concisely to the team

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

• Have previous experience working within a Michelin Star environment


• Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to our guests in an engaging and informative way


• Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with our guests and the team


• Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills
