Duties

• Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and high standards of quality.


• Support team members in food preparation, cooking, bartending, serving, and maintaining food safety protocols.


• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality to guests.


• Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.


• Oversee food production processes to maintain consistency, freshness, and presentation standards.


• Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards across all kitchen and bar areas.


• Collaborate with the management team to implement training programs focused on culinary skills, hospitality excellence, and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.


• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, bartending skills, and food safety regulations.


• Experience in team management with the ability to motivate and lead diverse staff members.


• Familiarity with restaurant operations including food production, serving practices, and kitchen workflows.


• Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.


• Previous experience in culinary roles such as chef assistant or barista is advantageous.


• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and operational efficiency.
