• Manage food preparation processes and ensure quality control in food production.


• Help create staff schedules and manage team performance to optimise service efficiency.


• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.


• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.


• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and presentation.


• Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
